Payment

A deposit of 50% of the total stay is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 15 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the amount already paid will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, all payments made are non-refundable.

Security Deposit

A €2,000 pre-authorisation will be placed on the guest’s payment card one day before arrival. It will be released 7 days after departure, provided no damage has occurred.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is available from 5:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
